Reviews and Ratings
The hotel welcomed us warmly with excellent service, featuring a delightful dining experience that exceeded expectations. The ambiance was grand, but the room could have offered better space and functionality. While I appreciated the quality of the amenities, I found the layout not very practical, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.
The hotel features a stunning building with charming interiors and a delightful breakfast. However, check-in was a bit awkward, and the room, while large, felt cluttered and could benefit from better amenities and cleanliness. The value for money isn’t quite there, given some shortcomings in the room setup.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The warm welcome and cozy room were definite highlights, along with excellent dining options that made for a delightful experience. Unfortunately, the room I received this time was not quite suitable for three people, and I encountered some unexpected noise due to several barking dogs. If you’re traveling alone or as a couple, I imagine it would be much more enjoyable.
I had a lovely stay at this charming hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and I really appreciated the nice touch of a phone call ahead of my arrival. The location was perfect for exploring Cheltenham on foot, with places to eat nearby. However, there were a few hiccups during my stay, such as issues with check-in timing and some minor room details that could use improvement.
