The hotel welcomed us warmly with excellent service, featuring a delightful dining experience that exceeded expectations. The ambiance was grand, but the room could have offered better space and functionality. While I appreciated the quality of the amenities, I found the layout not very practical, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Rooms

The room was beautifully designed, but it was on the smaller side with limited space for personal items. The high ceilings gave it a luxurious feel, yet the lack of functional surfaces was a downside.

While the communal areas were inviting and cozy, there was a lack of dedicated spaces for working or lounging away from the room, which could be improved.

The hotel features a stunning building with charming interiors and a delightful breakfast. However, check-in was a bit awkward, and the room, while large, felt cluttered and could benefit from better amenities and cleanliness. The value for money isn't quite there, given some shortcomings in the room setup.

Rooms
The rooms were spacious but felt cluttered with furniture and decor. They could use a better cleaning routine, especially around the fake flowers. Rating: 6/10

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The warm welcome and cozy room were definite highlights, along with excellent dining options that made for a delightful experience. Unfortunately, the room I received this time was not quite suitable for three people, and I encountered some unexpected noise due to several barking dogs. If you're traveling alone or as a couple, I imagine it would be much more enjoyable.

Rooms

I had a lovely stay at this charming hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and I really appreciated the nice touch of a phone call ahead of my arrival. The location was perfect for exploring Cheltenham on foot, with places to eat nearby. However, there were a few hiccups during my stay, such as issues with check-in timing and some minor room details that could use improvement.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and cozy, although slightly cramped for my liking, especially considering the price. The amenities were nice, but the robes had holes in them, which was disappointing.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally relaxed and friendly, but there were moments of indifference, especially regarding the noise issue I experienced. That said, they were prompt with room service and maintained a clear communication.
Location
9.0
The hotel is ideally situated for exploring Cheltenham, just a short walk from various attractions. Parking was easily accessible, which was a plus.
Dining

Dining was a highlight of my stay with fresh, delicious meals prepared right before us, but I would have liked more variety in breakfast options.
Facilities

The hotel offered decent facilities, including a comfortable dining area and beautiful bathrooms, but some amenities could have been better maintained.
